4 Thoughts on “Vote for your favorite book April 20th – 26th!”

  • Is A Week in Brighton available in Paperback? I don’t have a Kindle.
I have to say I LOVE your Rogue Hearts series. My favorite was The Suspect’s Daughter, but I loved all four. I just wish there was another brother! Also, I sent a question about the Regency time but never heard back. I asked what the water closets were like in those days. Just for baths, or were there chamber pots?

    • A Week in Brighton is only available in digital at the moment. The publisher controls when or if a book becomes available in print. I’m so happy you like the Rogue Hearts Series. Book 5 comes out this June. It’s about Margaret, the oldest sister in the family. Her book is called Not a Fine Gentleman. I hope you watch for it.
As far as water closets, that depended on the house and the family–their wealth and tastes and personality. Most simply used chamber pots stored in the bedrooms and other rooms in the house. Some had bathing rooms that only had a tub and/or a shower bath, but bathing was usually done in the bedroom in front of the fire or in the kitchen in a hip bath.

  • Hi

I wanted to vote for your book, but it seems that the round for anthologies is WEEK SIX: May 18 – 24. Guess I’ll wait till then.
