This is an amazing book! I was able to read an advanced copy and let me tell you I couldn’t set it down. Amazing, heartbreaking and beautiful!
I have not been able to look into it yet, but I am researching my ancestors and one of them has a connection with this awful time in history. I hope he was on the right side of history, but I do not know yet. I would love to have this book.
This book sounds like an amazing addition to the lore surrounding the witch trials. I get so ANGRY when I read about the silliness of the accusations and the manner in which women were treated! It sounds as if this is a book that would humanize one of the families that suffered through the times.

Sounds fascinating! Witch hunts have always interested me although so far I had focused more on European witch hunts. I had heard about Salem but so far haven’t read a book about it. So the story sounds interesting. But the aspect of researching her own ancestor to hook the story on to is absolutely fascinating.
